From Survivor to Advocate: Empowering Women with Hope & Essential Oils
My story is one of resilience, transformation, and a burning desire to empower others.
Domestic abuse and homelessness were my harsh realities. Yet, within the depths of despair, I found a spark – a passion to help others escape similar nightmares. This passion fueled my journey of healing, leading me to become an advocate for women's and children's rights.
I used my voice to share the system's failures and advocate for change. I authored and co-authored best-selling books, met with Ministers in Parliament, and continue to work with the government to improve legislation. My own experience with a data breach by a leading domestic abuse company, the National Centre of Domestic Violence, fueled my dedication to data protection.
But my journey didn't stop there.
Today, I have many skills. As a Multiply Inpatient Facilitator with the NHS, I'm pioneering a new program teaching financial well-being to patients in psychiatric wards. Through my private practice, I combine mindfulness coaching with the power of essential oils to empower individuals, especially women, to reach their full potential.
Essential oils were a turning point for me. They became my beacon of hope during a dark time, aiding my recovery from trauma, supporting me as a single mother, and fueling my success as an author and advocate. Their transformative power ignited a passion to share this gift with others.
